Is it safe to let someone remote into my computer?
Yes — TeamViewer QuickSupport is one of the most widely used remote support tools in the industry. You see everything we do in real time, and you can end the session instantly. We never retain access after a session ends.
How long does a typical session take?
Most issues are resolved in 30–60 minutes. Complex server problems or full malware cleanups may take longer. We'll give you an estimate before we start and keep you informed throughout.
What if my issue can't be fixed remotely?
We'll let you know clearly. If an on-site visit is required, we'll schedule it. We won't bill you for a remote session that didn't solve the problem if it was clearly an on-site issue.
Do I need to be a managed services client to get remote support?
No. We offer one-time remote support sessions for anyone. Managed IT clients get priority scheduling and included support hours — but you don't need a contract to get help.
What devices and operating systems do you support?
We support Windows 10/11, Windows Server, macOS, and most Linux distributions. For mobile devices (iOS, Android), we offer guidance and limited remote assistance via TeamViewer's mobile app.
